REFUND / RETURNS POLICY
Printed or Embroidered garments will not be accepted back under any circumstances. It is the customer's responsibility to check the colour, size, quality etc. and ensure that the order given is correct before garments are printed and embroidered on.
If garments are being returned, you must contact Viswear Direct and request a RETURNS NUMBER. Goods will not be accepted or processed without this RETURNS NUMBER.
Only faulty garments that have not been worn, printed, embroidered or processed in any manner will be credited. These garments must be returned within 14 days from the receipt of goods against a RETURNS NUMBER given by Viswear Direct, no credit will be issued untill goods are received in satisfactory order.
Returned garments should be in appropriate packaging and in a sellable condition. Goods will not be taken back if they are soiled, damaged or sent back in poor inadequate packaging.
All shortages and incorrectly supplied goods should be reported no later than 24 hours from receipt of the order.
Items such as FORMAL SHIRTS will not be accepted under any circumstances if the goods are not in their original packaging.
Orders placed over the phone: Viswear Direct will not be liable for any errors once they have been read back to the customer to confirm the correctness of the order and the customer confirms that the order read back is correct.
All deliveries must be checked for the correct number of parcels upon receipt of delivery from the courier before signing for the goods, Viswear Direct will not be held responsible for any shortages resulting from the incorrect number of parcels being received.
